Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superaivideo.com and the SuperAIVideo services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

SuperAIVideo provides AI-assisted tools for storyboarding, generating, and optimizing video content. Features, models, and limits may change as the Service evolves; we will not materially reduce paid functionality during a paid term without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

• Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits are consumed when render jobs complete and, except where required by law, are non-refundable and expire per your plan terms.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload and, as between you and us, of the video output you generate. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload (footage, likenesses, voices, music, brands).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual likenesses, or misleading synthetic media presented as authentic;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• generate unlawful, harassing, or exploitative content;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or resell it without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. See our Content Policy and provenance practices for details.

7. AI output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for how you use it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SuperAIVideo and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAIVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5–10) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
